After we receive payment from the buyer, we will email transfer instructions to you and the buyer. You and the buyer will then complete the transfer with the Ticket Office.
Your transaction is completed
Once we confirm with the Ticket Office that your transfer is complete, we will send you a check for the sales price less the Transaction Fee.
Because we hold the money during the transaction, we guarantee that you will get paid once your transaction is complete.
Your transaction is not completed
Once we confirm that your transaction will not be completed, we will send the buyer a full refund.
This guarantee does not cover the sale of any tickets between the buyer and seller, which includes, but is not limited to, season tickets, parking passes, playoff tickets, or other event tickets. The sale of any tickets will occur directly between the buyer and seller.
